“The Sojourner Truth School for Social Change Leadership prepares social justice leaders and learners to join movement struggles and acquire the skills necessary to organize, educate, and create positive social change. The Truth School offers free classes, online, to a wide range of participants from many geographies and identities.
The Funds received will be used to support trainer compensation. The funds will cover eight Classes during the 2025 fiscal year.
With the help of the MNF, the school continues its commitment to provide free, uncensored, and fact-based workshops on a myriad of social justice topics, taught by members of the BIPOC community. With a focus on skill-building for activists, leaders, and first time agents of social change, the Truth School remains responsive to the needs of our communities and it is committed to building stronger social movements and better-informed community leaders.” Shelley
